Step 1: Free inspection — before you call your insurer

Not every storm causes claim-worthy damage, and filing a claim that gets denied can still count against you. We inspect first, photograph everything, and tell you honestly whether it’s worth filing. If it is, we’ll help you start the claim.

Step 2: We meet your adjuster

Write down your claim number and your adjuster’s direct phone. Tell them your contractor will be at the inspection — adjusters expect it. Your Integrity rep attends as your advocate, brings a satellite-measured roof report, and makes sure nothing gets missed. You can be at work with confidence that you’re represented.

Step 3: A fair settlement

Your insurer prices the job in Xactimate. So do we. We compare their scope line by line against ours; if they left something out — ice barrier, ventilation, code items — our insurance liaison negotiates the supplement directly with the carrier. You don’t need a crash course in roofing to argue your case; that’s our job.

Step 4: Funding, installation and depreciation

Your first check often looks small — that’s your deductible and the depreciation being held back. Once we have the first check, your deductible and the loss statement, we install the roof. When it’s done, we send the completion paperwork and the insurer releases the recoverable depreciation. If your mortgage company is on the check, we’ll tell you exactly what they’ll need. You get a 30-day grace period after installation to pay the depreciated balance.

A warning about “we’ll waive your deductible.” If a contractor offers to eat your deductible or bill the insurer for more than the job costs, someone has to provide a false invoice — and that’s insurance fraud, with you in the middle. We don’t do it, and you shouldn’t sign with anyone who does.
